While the world is digital, much of it is still print. Katie James, Inc. started in the print industry, and is happy to still be working with it, be that with digital business card printers or local T-shirt companies. We can work with you on an as-needed basis, or in a monthly retainer.
How This Works
We are going to design for you whatever you need, be it for a trade show or a table coaster. We design the piece for you, with your input along the way, until we have the finished product. We source the best fit for where this will be printed, and can present you with quotes. Once ordered, we shuttle the final files through production, and keep track of the art and vendor, so that re-ordering is easy. Print costs are paid directly by you by the print vendor.
Flexibility is built in to how you want to pay, depending on the volume and workload. Please see below for descriptions of those options, and then to proceed to purchase them. Please speak with us first before purchasing.
MONTHLY RETAINER
Good fits with businesses who have steady requests for work. Perhaps you a changing a menu frequently, or keep having new ideas for T-shirts, hats and stickers. We can assess your needs and suggest a monthly rate. All Retainers are auto-billed, and reviewed every 2 months to gauge the work-flow, to see if we are steadily increasing or decreasing, and adjust accordingly if needed. With this option, you’ll click to buy it directly from the website, and a pop-up form will ask you questions to serve as our contract to make sure we are on the same page. PAY AS NEEDED
You only need to print every now and then, and are more comfortable paying per project. Once we know the scope of the project, we can quote it from a design perspective, and get started. Printing quotes for the final product are separate, and we can present you with production quotes from the vendor when the time comes.

Flexibility is key for a small business, and we created this plan for it. Send us what you need done, and we’ll get on it. Your project is tracked in our Project Management Tracker, and we email you Status Reports as we make progress to complete your retainer. When you’re 30 minutes away from being done with this retainer, we’ll send you a heads-up email so that you can start a new one.

Work covered in this flexible retainer can include:
Website: Changes made to your website.
Strategic Consulting: Consult with us on ways to streamline your business, create and manage revenue streams, think up new marketing strategies, and more, nurturing your customer base.
Development: What are the problem areas of your website, what user feedback are you getting, and how can we fix it to increase your business.
Social Media Training: Guidance on how to present your social media, including best ways to schedule it, photograph it, and write it.
Newsletter Training and Sending: Have us train you, or have us send a newsletter for you.
Print Design: If you need flyers done, and other smaller marketing material projects, we can fit it into one of these flexible retainers when you get Level 3 and above.
